The Meditation Group meets every Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Though our practices are grounded in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, we welcome people of all faith traditions to join us as we explore practices that evoke the qualities of wisdom, compassion, and natural awareness. Many of our guided meditations offer people the opportunity to commune with those spiritual benefactors who are most meaningful to them.
