Presenter:
Elaine Hewes
Elaine Hewes, teacher, Lutheran pastor, and poet, will offer an opportunity to reflect upon two primary questions:
  1. How does the “life of the spirit” shape our response to climate change and to the environmental challenges facing the world?
  2. How might the “life of the spirit” nourish and sustain us for the work at hand?
Following some introductory remarks participants will have the opportunity to share thoughts, ideas, hopes, fears and strategies for both the “doing” and the “being” in these perlious times, even as we come into a deeper understanding of our interrelatedness with all of creation.
