This session will allow us to focus on the mysteries of sleep, based on the book Why We Sleep by Mathew Walker. Many of us, as we get older, have trouble getting "a good night's sleep" and we will explore some of the reasons we have trouble falling and/or staying asleep. We will also discuss how we can improve our sleep!
