Our historic steeple, which has overlooked North Brooksville for over a century, has sadly reached the end of its life and has been taken down. This project, which began last fall with demolition work, continues to move forward. Thanks to the expertise of Hewes & Company, the engineering and design work is now complete, and the new, partially finished steeple is in place beside the building. RFS must raise $20,000 to receive the second installment of the matching grant offered by the Maine Steeples Fund. Let’s get this new steeple off the ground!
