ADVENT WINTER SPIRAL

Saturday, December 10th, 4 PM

The time has come once again to celebrate the turning point in the year when the days become their shortest and the

nights their longest, and we search for the light which comes from within. The spiral image can be found in all cultures,

ranging from primitive art to modern art. It is associated with the cycle of rebirth, change of seasons and, often, a spiritual journey.

We invite you to join us in the back yard of the Sanctuary as it is bedecked with evergreen boughs, beeswax candles, and

meditative music to retreat from the busyness of life, to breathe deeply, and to walk the story that informs your life at

this particular moment. Walking together increases the light, strengthens our hope and heightens our joy.

Dress appropriately for the weather!
