About the event
On Sunday, July 28 at 4PM, we will continue to discuss the relationship between Eco-spirituality and our climate crisis. The gathering will explore reframing our climate situation in a way that neither denies the scope and reality of the problem, nor leads to despair and passivity. During the discussion, the group will listen to a brief reading from the “Reframing” section of the book, All We Can Save.
Rev. Dr. Andi Lloyd will lead the discussion. She is co-author of the book, Letters from the Ecotone: Ecology, Theology and Climate Change. Andi received a PhD in ecology and evolutionary biology from the University of Arizona and a M. Div. from Yale Divinity School. Rev. Dr. Andrea Lloyd is currently the pastor of the Trinitarian Congregational Parish of Castine. In her work as an ecologist, she studied the effects of climate change on forests in Alaska and Siberia.
The event will be held at the Reversing Falls Sanctuary, 818 Bagaduce Rd,, Brooksville
